Prior to that, he spent 3 years at Chase Manhattan Bank. He was also Director of NASDAQ Stockmarket Inc. from 2004-2006. He currently serves as a Trustee of The Pingry School and the Cancer Institute of New Jersey Foundation. Mr. Edwards received his B.S. degree in physics from Haverford College in 1982 and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1987.
